What are the delivery charges, and when will my prescription be delivered?

1) UNITED KINGDOM

All prescription orders are delivered free of charge. For other orders there is a small delivery charge of £2.50, unless the total order is over £30.00 when delivery is free. This delivery charge includes postage costs and packaging. All our deliveries require a signature on delivery. If there is a chance you won't be in, you can arrange for delivery to a different address. This needs to be done when you are placing your order.



2) OVERSEAS

Delivery charges for overseas orders vary depending on the weight of the item and the destination. We will inform you of the delivery charge before the order is processed. As with UK orders a signature will be required on delivery. Please check that the country you are ordering from has no restrictions on the items you are ordering. We can not be held responsible if the goods are seized by customs.
